Eleven red-brick and metal sided buildings of one, two and three storeys, are combined in a campus-like arrangement, interspersed with gardens, grass and private parking.
The property set up is well suited to provide a Covid safe environment for all of our tenants and staff. The occupancy load, traffic in the lobbies and common areas are reduced due to the lower density buildings. The building HVAC system has also been upgraded with higher quality MERV-13 filters which offer better protection against airborne viruses and bacteria.
